Crunchy blue and black fruits merge perfectly with the meaty gamey notes that pop alongside flavors of crushed black peppercorns, bacon fat, and toasted fennel seed. Lush across the tongue on the finish, it's a wine you will come back to over and over as it evolves in the glass. This will drink incredibly well for the next 10 12 years.
