The wine is aged in barrel on its lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur

Sourced from estate vineyards in the hillier soils on the eastern side of Lake Garda

The dolcetto combines grapes from one of Gianluca’s oldest vineyards (50%) and from a top vineyard on the highest hill of the municipality of Barolo (50%)
