Extended maceration on a small portion of Pinot Noir before secondary fermentation achieves that subtle salmon hue and layered complexity. Cranberry, spice, dried rose petal, and mint grace the glass, while the palate delivers guava and cranberry fruit with polished orange blossom, strawberry, and roasted hazelnut
