Made with a heavyweight polycotton, the trousers are windproof and also water repellent and with a relaxed cut can also be worn as over trousers if needed. They have velcro leg openings and ties at the ankles to let you get them on over footwear easily and to secure them in place. The trousers have two waist pockets with flap closures secured with
