Okarakuchi, meaning Super Dry, is a full bodied, very dry sake with pronounced acidity & sweet fruit tones. It has an intensely spicy nose with hints of honeydew melon and lychee. Drink chilled or at room temperature with oysters or soft ripened cheeses such as Camembert.
