2023 Domaine Buronfosse Pinot Noir Cotes du Jura Red, Jura, France Macatho La Guerrerie is aged forFrom two parcels of older vines grown on lower slope limons and clay in Rotalier, Peggy and Jean Pascal Buronfosse hand farm their 4 ha estate organically and work with minimal intervention. The 2023 Pinot Noir sees a 12 day destemmed maceration, followed by 9 months levage in used barrels, and is bottled with no added sulfur.
