2024 Clos Venturi Vermentinu, Vin de Corse 1769 Blanc, Corsica, France Wurttemberg both macerated and blended together100% Vermentinu from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Piedigriggio, central Corsica. Harvested by hand, whole cluster pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. Aged 69 months on fine lees without btonnage. The 2023 vintage is bright and salinecitrus peel, white flowers, and wet stonedelivering a precise, mineral driven expression of Corsican terroir.
