2016 Domaine Nowack Cru d'Origine Mancy Premier Cru, Champagne, France Miani Drained offOrganic. 100% Chardonnay. The cru dorigine series is an exploration of terroirs outside of Nowacks home in Vandieres. Each year is a different village. From a single vineyard in Mancy in the Cote des Blancs on fractured chalk soil, a rarity for Nowack. The site is cold and surrounded by forest, allowing for a long and late ripening harvest. Due to space constraints, this wine was pressed for Nowack by Laherte Freres. The secondary fermentation was
