The rows stretch from top to bottom of the slope; the bottom of the slope is pebbly, the mid slope is dominated by clay, and the top of the slope is very shallow and limestone based. Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert, 2023), biodynamic methods. Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification or aging. 40 60% whole
