Description
Winnie worked side-by-side with Edith Heath (her aunt) and learned everything about glazing
and a spout on the upper rim enables excess water to be poured out with a gentle tilt
The Emerald and Dark Moon glazes make a vibrant combination
We stayed true to her wheel-oriented approach in creating a contemporary interpretation for the Alabama Chanin collection
pairing well with any of our other lines and offered in the widest variety of glazes
Styrofoam Tray Robert Winnie worked side-by-side with EdithThis piece is cast in solid bronze by Nancy Pearce in her studio in Los Angeles, California. In Pearce's words "I seek to create an archive of everyday objects by casting them in durable solid bronze so that future archaeologists will have a few pieces of the puzzle to decode from my limited time on earth starting in the 1970s. When the original objects are long gone, the bronze artifacts will remain"
