2022 Tanca Nica Etichetta Black Label Bianco Luxardo Mercurey Rouge "Clos du Chapitre"100% Zibibbo. The plot is made up of black basalt, a very hard and heavy rock. The wine resembles the red label, but is much more austere. The grapes are destemmed by hand. The the juice ferments and ages exclusively in 54L demijohns. No SO2 is added at any point. Only 200 bottles made.
