Aged a full year in first use Japanese mizunara oak, this debut Chardonnay marries the richness of a serious Cte de Beaune white to the exotic signature of the world's rarest cask wood. Expect white fleshed orchard fruit, lemon and poached pear over a buttery mid palate, layered with mizunara's unmistakable sandalwood, coconut, incense and sweet spice, all carried on a saline, stony core. Powerful, perfumed, and
