The wine is aged for 33 months in large oak barrels before bottling
maceration for two weeks in large wooden vats then transferred into old oak barrels for 6 months
FERMENTATION: Direct press and fermented in stainless steel tanks
• Fermentation lasts 6-10 days in stainless steel and cement tanks
