Starting with the 2017 vintage it took on the name Barolo del comune di Verduno

Made of Chardonnay sourced from the Cote de Sezanne just south of the Cote des Blancs

After malolactic fermentation the wine stays in stainless steel

yet never overly heavy or boozy red wine as a mainstay at the dinner table

then raised in a combination of tank and clay amphorae
