The Pineau d'Aunis vines are scattered amongst many Bellivière parcels and range in age from 25 to 45 years old
NV Franz Strohmeier, TLZ 'Gelb No.7' Steiermark, Austria Folium 2019 Château LestignacChardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc the grapes are harvested by hand with a careful selection of only very healthy and ripe bunches. The grapes spend a couple of hours on skins, are gently pressed. Spontaneously fermented and matured for 10 months in used 300 liter wooden oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
