2023 Domaine Leflaive Les Pucelles Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France Enrico Toro Distillery 100% destemmed Poulsard from 50+From biodynamically farmed Chardonnay in Les Pucelleslying just upslope of Btard Montrachet and beside Bienvenuesthe fruit is hand harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in oak. levage runs about twelve months in barrels with a restrained share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to harmonize before a light fining. Arrives October 2025.
