2023 Benoit Courault Gilbourg VDF Blanc 1.5L Magnum Loire, France Domaine Dupeuble This sparkling cider was madeFrom several plots located on the Coteau des Mailles in Faye dAnjou, 40 years old vines of Chenin Blanc, aged 8 months in oak casks and barrique. Great vintage with a rich nose, ripeness but still with balance, the mouthfeel is dense and a wine that is delicious and long with some tension.
