This is the second wine that he personally made for the winery. It's an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from San Pablo in Uco Valley. The enchanting nose offers aniseed, black olive and truffles. It has depth and delicious ripe flavors of plums and blueberries wrapped in chocolate, while hints of mushrooms and truffles
