Chateau Massiac has a long history dating to the Roman Empire when they colonized the area. In the 17th century, two brothers from Massiac traversed the area in service to the King of Spain and settled this spot, however the Chateau was burned to the ground during the French Revolution. Bernard Boudouresques and his family revived the
