the 2020 Prälat Auslese is carried by acidity that comes onto the palate like a laser to cut this rich and concentrated Riesling into very thin slices

this is first rate for its level

Its full bodied with superfine, almost creamy tannins. It has so much texture and plenty of volume. The gigantic dimensions do not remove any of its refinement. An exquisite Cornas where syrah shines. Long, textural finish. Drink or hold.
