The strawberry

This is a new Syrah from the estate of Lucca d’Attoma and Elena Celli

rather jewelly nose – the Pinot most like a typical Central Otago Pinot so far to me (though this is probably not the intention at Felton Road)

There is excellent richness to the concentrated and beautifully textured broad-shouldered flavors that possess focused power and a subtle minerality that really comes up on the youthfully austere and strikingly long finish

this is notably more aromatically elegant yet also more reserved and less expressive just now

Camille Giroud, Chassagne Montrachet Vergers other_regions_italy The strawberryOnce again there is a whiff of exotic fruit to the white peach, passion fruit, rise and lemon lime scented nose. There is fine richness to the solidly concentrated flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the mildly warm finale. This is not especially refined but it is delicious and a wine that should be approachable young.
