Portrait of Henry More (1614-1687) Size:S: 30 x 25cm 15th May 1980Head and shoulder portrait of Henry More in a painted oval, his body turned to the viewer's left, the right hand held at the breast. The sitter has shoulder length natural hair and is dressed in a dark coat with a white collar. Henry More was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1664.
