Currently in the 8th generation of family winemakers, sisters Roberta and Alice run the winery and estate. This wine is made in a very traditional style; very slow fermentation and then aging in large oak vats for 8 months. It is bold and structured, offering notes of tobacco, cedar, spice interlaced with earth and dark fruit.
