A nice whimsy of sorts, perhaps at one time hung in a tailor's shop, or at a hairdresser's?! 11 3 4" x 2 3 8" x 1 4 and in very good condition, light in weight, with nice mellowing to the silver paint and some darkening along the edges, as if they had been used!
