An impressively complex nose offers up aromas of rose petals, violets, mint, cassis, black berry and a plethora of spice nuances. There is excellent intensity and power to the imposingly constructed medium weight plus flavors that are blessed with plenty of dry extract that renders the still firm tannic spine almost invisible on the impeccably well balanced and palate staining finish. Not surprisingly
