Fantastic Handmade Filene's Department Store, Boston, Scale Model frog-shaped That sealed the deal sinceWhen I was growing up, visits to Boston always meant Filene's Basement the original and ultimate bargain basemen at Downtown Crossing, and later, living in Boston, it was a frequent stop en route home via the T. (Sadly, it closed in 2011, and Boston is not the same!) So when I spotted this fantastic model of it, it called to me in a special way but I know I'm not alone! The model, made for a model railroad I would guess, is fantastically done, with
