They own a 7 hectare domaine in which they have carefully crafted their wines to a very high standard, working exclusively with Chardonnay mainly in Meursault with a few small plots in Puligny Montrachet. Grapes are picked earlier than usual to retain the acidity and balance out the fat of Meursault, vinified then
