They are really terrific objects -- the puzzles made of a nice weight tan chipboard with a bit of a sheen and black printed details

I can safely assume that most of you who are anxious to draw have a sense of rhythm which stimulates the wish to make drawings of the animal you love and appreciate

use it as a palette once again

Red on White Hand-painted Double Sided OPEN + Cabbage Sign bird's nest I do believe he's aI really love the big, painterly serif lettering on this old hand painted OPEN sign, and the way the O and N push up against the edges, and of course the all over craquelure to the white paint, which I believe is house paint. Then on the back, just Cabbage, quickly painted with the paint thinning as the hand travelled. To my eye quite a satisfying thing. 19" l x 10 1 2" t x 5 8" thick. Sound and stable condition; paint is not actively chipping off.
