which was then mounted to a wooden post that I assume was then stuck into the ground

and with really terrifically weathered painted surface

The drawing just melts me

(Plus kind of nice to be signed by a Lincoln, living concurrent to Abe himself.) Stop and smell the roses. Framed as found, under glass, period frame with wood back. Framed 10 1 2" x 9". Very nice antique condition, wired on back for hanging.
