Bichi "El Pancho" 2021 jura These 30-year-old vines are harvested90% Carignan and 10% Mission from 85 year old vines on clay in Tecate. Destemmed and co fermented in concrete tinaja. Noel Tellez founded Bichi in 2014, starting with a small cellar and some old vines in Tecate. He works with his family as well as collaborating with local growers and winemakers, The name Bichi means naked in the Sonoran Yaqui dialect, where his family is from.
