Tiny Antique Painted Papier Mache Woman with Wonderful Face, Presumed German folk art carvings did a series of drawingsJust a little thing, but I love her so much, with this orange and yellow striped hat, and wide sloped shoulders, and a face that appears as honest and earnest as they come. I believe likely late 19th c. German, papier mache I believe (hard), all hand painted. 2 7 8" t x 1" w and d. Some paint surface wear loss as evident and I believe some loss to the end of the wood staff (?) she holds.
