The fruit for our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from two of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles – Huerhuero and Creston Valley

There are an array of sharp fruit tones like unripe strawberry

Julie and Xavier bought the seven-acre Château des Eyrins estate from Eric Grangerou in 2008

and the bottled wine (certified organic) contains only 20 milligrams per liter of total sulfur—a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of texture and intense evocation of limestone soil

They are the work of René Dürrbach

Ancient Peaks Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Size:Regular The fruit for our 2019The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc opens with fresh aromas of grapefruit, peach skin, and tropical papaya. The mouthfeel is beautifully textured with flavors of citrus, green apple, and pineapple wrapped around a varietal core of minerality and grassiness. Quenching acidity persists along a bright, tangy finish. The crisp, refreshing flavors of the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc make a perfect match for steamed clams, crab cakes, baked sole and grilled citrus chicken.
