A scarce and striking prototype table medal for the cancelled 1940 Nuremberg Rally, constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse bearing a central leftward facing profile of a Heer soldier wearing a Stahlhelm, flanked by a sword and torch wrapped in laurel and oak leaf branches, respectively, in turn situated above a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, circumscribed by an
