Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised and finely detailed depiction of St. Michael trampling the devil, clutching a shield bearing a raised inscription of QUIS ET DEUS (WHO IS LIKE GOD?), on top of a ribbed Cross Patte, the reverse bearing a raised central inscription of VIRTUTI (VIRTUE) within an oak leaf
