La grande quantit di avena gli conferisce una cremosit quasi da tazza di cioccolata fumante mentre il discreto tenore alcolico (7% alc.) rimanda al ripieno di un Cuneese al liquore. Si abbina ai dessert ma anche ai formaggi stagionati.
