An extremely well preserved Stuttgart Transportation Authority visor cap, constructed of smooth black wool. The cap features reinforced side walls, fully lined on the exterior with a black doeskin cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the cap band are lined with lengths of golden yellow wool piping. Pinned onto the peak is a silvered bronze insignia consisting of crossed arrows on top of a clutch of lightning
