A belt buckle in fire gilt bronze, illustrating a large W (Wilhelm cipher) fronting an anchor, surmounted by the Imperial crown and surrounded by an open ended wreath of laurel leaves, on the right end, marked on reverse with owners name KAUTTER in black ink, the buckle measuring 60 mm (w) x 60 mm (h). Belt is fabricated with a fine silver bullion wire with three repeating embroidered rows, a central red row flanked by black rows on either
