Women's Membership Medal (in silver, measuring 29. 5 mm in diameter, on its original bow tied ribbon); and Men's Special Membership Medal (in aluminum, 29. 5 mm in diameter, large rosette on its original ribbon with hook and eye, accompanied by two 12. 5 mm (w) x 12. 5 mm (h) rosettes, one with a button hole attachment, the other with a pinback, in its box of issue, labelled on the lid).
