Constructed of nickel silver with gilded brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the eagle in position, maker marked C. E. JUNCKER, BERLIN, measuring 42. 71 mm (w) x 53. 30 mm (h), weighing 40. 4 grams, a stunning example retaining virtually
