Constructed of 18kt Gold of high quality, consisting of a white enamelled Shamrock Cross with green enamelled fans in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, suspended from the original green ribbon sewn closed at the top, measures 39. 7 mm (w) x 61. 1 mm (h inclusive of cross adorned ball suspension), weighs 9. 65 grams excluding ribbon, several hairline cracks around the
