It is easier to fit than the earlier headrests as it clamps on to the seat cross brace, so there is no need to remove the seat tube plugs. It is adjustable both fore and aft, and also for height. The Magnum headrests have a 1 clamp. It is designed to give neck support and fit below a helmet.
