This is what gives the tequila such a complex and sophisticated flavor. The agave is cooked in a steam powered traditional stone oven, with a blend of natural spring, deep well and rainwater. An Extra Aejo is aged for three and a half years in used American white oak bourbon casks, which gives it a soft and light oakiness. Made with rain, spring and deep well water, it has just
