Four piece construction, insignia in silver with red and cerulean blue enamels, mounted to an eight pointed silver star base, marked "925" (silver) on the reverse, measuring 65. 8 mm (w) x 69 mm (h), vertical pinback, scattered chipping evident in the red enamels on the oval centrepiece ring, otherwise the enamels are intact, near extremely fine.
