The overall measurement is 71 1 2 x 34 x 1 3 4. The secondary inner frame opening is 54 x 24. The matte is lined with linen and gilt with a textured gold edge. Some of the artist signature is covered by the secondary frame and I was not able to translate the seal. The mountain scene is tranquil and picturesque with lush plant life and cascading
