Opera 2024 Earthy some cherryOpera is made with 3 grape varieties: Mller Thurgau, Moravian Muscat and Riesling, using the classic Champagne method with the second fermentations in the bottle and zero dosage. The result is outstanding, a Champagne like sparkling, with elegance and complexity, with notes of green apple, lime and clementine and that bread y finish which is typical in Champagne.
