A King's Liverpool Officer's Helmet Plate, c.1905 visually-hidden “Military concert during lunch break”Of extremely high quality, likely of private purchase, multipiece construction featuring die stamped fire gilt bronze, with finely toned silver lion at center on a violet velvet field, missing its silver banner "The Liverpool Regiment" which once ran along bottom, King's crown, with three lugs and multi pins affixing plates together, measuring 105. 44 mm (w) x 126. 97 mm (h), very fine.
