These kilts have a standard drop length of 23". Has belt loops all the way around. 3 leather adjustable belts allowing for 2" adjustment. Please measure exactly where you will be wearing the kilt and order based on that measurement. Typically these utility style kilts are worn at the traditional kilt level which is around the naval but some
