Constructed of white cotton twill with sturdy machine stitched reinforcements along all four edges, bearing a double sided machine embroidered narrow black Cross Patte, the lower hoist corner bearing double sided golden yellow crossed anchors, with a hollow channel set into the hoist edge and retaining a period original drawstring, unmarked, measuring 35. 5 cm (w) x 34 cm (h), demonstrating only minor
