In 18 karat gold, cross bottony in white enamel with green enamelled Maltese cross, 40. 4 mm (h) x 38. 4 mm (w), 3. 2 g, on original green neck ribbon, extremely fine condition. Housed in the original green case with Royal monogram on the cover, extremely fine condition. Footnote: The Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus was instituted on 16 September 1572. Medals are awarded by the House of Savoy. It is a combination of two orders:
