It is packed with aromas of cassis, blackberry and Christmas spices, with hints of cherry stone. Mukuzani is considered to be one of the greatest regions for Saperavi, Georgias flagship grape. The appellation calls for the wine to be aged in oak, rather than the traditional qvevri, for a minimum of three years.
